Ductwork Warranty

We honor a manufacture warranty of 10 years(material) on all ductwork Installation. 2-year labor and guarantee our craftsmanship. 

Exclusions of the warranty are as of follows:

  1. Rodent/Animal damage
  2. Flooding/Fire/ Natural Disaster.
  3. Physical Damage from other contractors/companies
  4. No maintenance performed on equipment during lifecycle/semiannually.
  5. Damaged caused to equipment by unlicensed individuals or contractors.

Ductless Split System

We honor a manufacture warranty of our SAMSUNG ductless systems 10 years (parts) on installation and a 2-year labor warranty. 

Exclusions of the warranty are as of follows:

  1. Rodent/Animal damage
  2. Flooding/Fire/ Natural Disaster.
  3. Physical Damage from other contractors/companies
  4. No maintenance performed on equipment during lifecycle/semiannually.
  5. Damaged caused to equipment by unlicensed individuals or contractors.

Central HVAC Systems/ Packaged Units

We honor all manufacture (parts) warranty on installation and a 2-year labor warranty.  

Exclusions/ voids of the warranty are as of follows:

  1. Rodent/Animal damage
  2. Flooding/Fire/ Natural Disaster.
  3. Physical Damage from other contractors/companies
  4. No maintenance performed on equipment during lifecycle/semiannually.
  5. Damaged caused to equipment by unlicensed individuals or contractors.

Parts/Repair Warranty

We honor all manufacture warranty (parts) on installation and a 1-year labor warranty.  

Exclusions of the warranty are as of follows:

  1. Rodent/Animal damage
  2. Flooding/Fire/ Natural Disaster.
  3. Physical Damage from other contractors/companies
  4. No maintenance performed on equipment during lifecycle/semiannually.
  5. Damaged caused to equipment by unlicensed individuals or contractors.
