HVAC Ductwork Warranty

We honor a manufacture warranty of our SAMSUNG ductless systems 10 years (parts) on installation and a 2-year labor warranty. 

Exclusions of the warranty are as of follows:

1. Rodent/Animal damage
2. Flooding/Fire/ Natural Disaster.
3. Physical Damage from other contractors/companies
4. No maintenance performed on equipment during lifecycle/semiannually.
5. Damaged caused to equipment by unlicensed individuals or contractors.

We honor all manufacture (parts) warranty on installation and a 10-year labor warranty AMANA SYSTEMS.  System must be serviced 2 times a year by Kasners Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

All warrenties are through ASURE CARE PROGRAM and certain exclusions apply more details found on AMANA HVAC.COM
