Example: If an evaporative cooler is replaced for a home or building. We do not assume liability for any of the plumbing that was not replaced. Water damage. 

Example: If an AC system is replaced Kasners Heating, Cooling and Plumbing does not assume any liability for electrical that was not replaced.  We assume no liability for fire damage.

Example: If an AC system is replaced but insulation is not updated in home or attic venting not adequate. Kasners Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing does not assume liability for energy performance.

Kasners, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing assumes no liability for out of code buildings. 

Kasners Heating and Cooling does not assume liability for other individuals' actions. 

Kasners Heating and Cooling assumes no liability for property damage. Rain, Lightning, fire, earthquakes. Act of God damages 

Payments not made when work is completed, contract payment schedules not met will result in a mechanics lien or stop work until payment is resolved.

All contracts signed by Kasners Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing are legally valid for 1 year of date of signing. If services are not before end of year date the contract is void.  

Cancellations of projects must be submitted in writing. Equipment/materials purchased for projects are non-refundable at time of purchasing after contract signing.
